The Tenants all are welcome to Jana Garden Terrace with heartfelt reception by 16 hours  English&Japanese - speaking reception staff. Just tell our receptionists your requirement or problem, they will deal with it quickly. Also the reception area is appropriate for meeting the guests in good atmosphere.


Breakfast is Japanese style can be served upon Tenant’s request by “ TAMAYA “ restaurant. The guest can have breakfast at Mini-restaurant on the 1st  floor, or request room service.

Wellbe support service 24h/24h/365days – a service for all matter regard your health will make you be more relieved in the new life style.

Please do not be worry if you need an assistance of engineers. Jana maintenance team is ready to serve you 24 hours per day.

We will be in-charge of daily laundry service for pyjamas and underwear upon the tenant’s request. Dry cleaning and several different laundry service packages are designed to meet all the Lessee's requirements. Please contact our receptionists or Chief Housekeeper for more details.

Daily housekeeping service (except Sunday) will make your life at Jana Garden Terrace more convenient and comfortable. The main task of housekeepers is to keep your room always clean and tidy. They will change new towels for bathroom everyday, fill up with toilet tissue and soap. Twice a week they will change bed linen and do a cleaning for whole apartment.

02 wagons and 02 sedans car with mind care driver will serve you and your family from 8:00am to 17:00 am to go shopping or go to kinder garden.
